Having a good internet speed in Africa is something not to talk of, maybe Facebook's Internet.org projects will solve some issues..
So you are connected to a public WiFi ? or you have your own WiFi or your are connected to your ISP, you and you want to check how good and fast the internet speed is, then you could really use a simple tool online and its a good way to know why that YouTube video you are uploading is taking ages to reach 10%.
By the time i tested mine, i was on a crowded public WiFi and the result did not worth to bragged about.
