Download Rom

Download Patch

Backup you current rom | Very important |

Reboot into recovery (use TWRP Version 2.8 or the latest, depending on the time you are doing this)

Locate the Rom and flash it

Locate the Patch and flash it

Reboot and enjoy

As stated by the author of the rom, he can't fix some minor bugs.
